KEEP COOL! a play about climate change Music backtracks (listen to or perform songs from the show!)
Our brand-new play for elementary school audiences. In our trademark zany and fun style, “Keep Cool!” teaches kids what they can do to reduce their energy consumption and minimize their “carbon footprint”. Kids will learn about positive actions they can take to offset climate change, specifically teaching them ways they can reduce carbon gas emissions. Suitable for grades K-7. 45 minutes. The show is targeted to intermediate students but brings lots of fun to primary classes too. Keep Cool! will tour each year until at least 2011! Sponsored by:
and The City of Richmond, The Township of Langley, The City of West Vancouver, The City of New Westminster, The Corporation of Delta.
Funding for development of the project was provided by Environment Canada's EcoAction Community Funding Program, VanCity Foundation, Canada Council for the Arts, Mountain Equipment Co-Op, TD Friends of the Environment Foundation and The Hamber Foundation.
